Ricardo Martins Mota, CEO of the Martins Mota Group, partnered in the acquisition of a new pediatric ultrasound machine for the Hospital do Divino Espírito Santo in Ponta Delgada, covering half of the total cost of the equipment, in an investment of 40,000 euros. This initiative, developed in conjunction with the Friends of Pediatrics Group, strengthened the Pediatrics Department's response with a highly important clinical resource for the monitoring and diagnosis of children.
In a context where the previously available equipment had significant limitations, this contribution represented concrete support for improving the hospital's care capacity, promoting better conditions for providing pediatric healthcare with greater safety, rigor, and effectiveness.
The participation of the Martins Mota group in this initiative reflects a solid commitment to the community and to supporting projects with recognized social impact, especially in the area of health, reinforcing the importance of a close, responsible intervention oriented towards collective well-being.
